Most people see stretching as a spa yoga kind of thing - often mistaken for a luxury, something associated with relaxation rather than fitness. But let’s challenge that mindset. When was the last time you heard someone say, “I’m heading to the gym to work on my bones and joints”? Probably never! Most people prioritize muscle development through strength training and heart health through cardio, but mobility—the foundation of movement—is totally overlooked.
Mobility training is so underrated and it is often seen as the appetite, but it is more than just a warm-up; it deserves to be one of the main courses of your fitness routine. It’s a WHOLE MEAL, baby. By improving flexibility, range of motion, and joint health, mobility work ensures that your body moves effortlessly, free of stiffness and discomfort.
I am no computer nerd, but I have been spending a few weeks trying to learn how to create this website to let people know that I am passionate about sharing my gifts when it comes to the betterment of other’s physical health.
