Welcome to Stretch2Recover. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and policies governing the purchase and use of our services. By purchasing a package or product, clients agree to the following terms:

    • All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a client purchases a package or product, it cannot be redeemed or transferred.

    • Package services must be used within the designated timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

    • Clients must schedule appointments in advance through our official booking platform or communication channels.

    • Rescheduling is permitted only in case of emergencies, such as hospitalization, illness, or urgent matters. Documentation may be required at our discretion.

    • If a client forgets an appointment, fails to attend without valid reasoning, or attempts to reschedule for non-emergency reasons, the session will be considered forfeited.

    • Clients should arrive on time for scheduled appointments. A grace period of 15 minutes may be allowed, but any time beyond this may result in a shortened session.

    • No-shows without prior notice or valid emergency reasons will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

    • Our services are designed for wellness, recovery, and mobility enhancement. They do not substitute for medical treatment or physical therapy.

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet any health requirements before participating in sessions.

    • Any misuse, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with professional guidelines may result in termination of services without a refund.

    • Stretch2Recover and its practitioners are not liable for any injuries or health complications resulting from the use of our services.

    • Clients acknowledge they are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with their sessions.

    • These Terms & Conditions are subject to updates or modifications. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

By purchasing a package or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Travel Fee & Safety Policy

To ensure transparency and maintain a safe working environment for all sessions conducted outside our primary service area,

the following policies apply to travel fees:

    • A travel fee will be applied for appointments conducted beyond 5 miles from Gaithersburg, MD

    • The exact fee will be calculated based on distance and time, ensuring fair compensation for extended travel.

    • Clients will be informed of all travel fees upfront, with payment required before confirming the session.

    • All mobile stretch sessions must be conducted in a safe, well-lit environment, such as a home, gym space, or studio.

    • Public locations must provide adequate privacy and safety for both the client and practitioner.

    • If a location is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, the session may be canceled at the practitioner's discretion, with applicable refund policies in place.

    • Practitioners reserve the right to decline service if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable in any given environment.

    • A designated contact person may be notified before each mobile session to ensure security measures are followed.

    • Any inappropriate or unsafe behavior from clients will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

    • If a session requires rescheduling due to unforeseen safety concerns, the practitioner will notify the client as soon as possible.

    • Cancellations due to unsafe conditions will follow standard refund policies outlined in our service agreement.

    • By booking a mobile stretch session, clients acknowledge and accept the travel fee and safety policies stated above.
